Referendum!
Sam and I went to vote to remain in the EU. We woke up today to find that the country had voted by a narrow majority to leave. The result has caused the pound to plummet and wide spread panic has spread across the country. We wait to see how this disappointing result affects us and others!

Monthly Update - Two Years, Four Months
It has been a busy month with lots of fun in the garden. Marcus is a real outdoor boy who loves to play in the garden.
He loves painting and drawing - and spends a long time on his creations!
Marcus is a water baby - both swimming and playing in it!
Nanny and Granddad came to stay - Marcus was very excited to see them. He has had another explosion of language this month - and they are beginning to tune into what he is saying.
Potty training is going really well - mostly dry during the day now.
Marcus has begun counting - and will negotiate for one more sweetie!
He is still napping for a couple of hours in the afternoon - giving me a little break. Marcus is very bossy and likes particular people to do particular things!

Flying Scotsman
The flying Scotsman came through Harlington Station today - as part of a trip from York to London. Marcus, Sam and I along with Hanna, Robin and Rowan - and a few other people from Harlington, went down to watch.
Although brief, it was exciting - especially for the two small boys!
