- To smile more
- To exercise regularly
- To finish some of the projects I have started
- To assess my life and put some long term goals in place
- To sort out cupboards / loft and reuse, freecycle or charity shop stuff we don't use / need
- To use up toiletries, make-up etc that we have bought / been given as gifts

sounds good to me.....as a life coach i might say they could be more specific though....
Don't want to tie myself in and fail!
