Poor Casey

Poor Casey has been really unwell this week. We changed the dog food to a cheaper one, still with a good protein content but this one was wheat based rather than rice based like the one they had before. Casey quickly became unwell with a very upset stomach - and she stopped eating, even her sausage with the tablet in. We concluded she had a wheat allergy or intolerance and had to go out a buy a food without wheat in. She has been a bit up and down - seeming ok on Tuesday and then poorly again on Wednesday. I cooked her some rice and chicken on Wednesday night and today she seems much improved - eating normally and interested in playing. We shall see how her tummy is tomorrow. She needs to be well for the weekend as her and Pixel are spending Saturday night in kennels while Sam and I are at Louise and Andy's wedding.
