House Move Update

It has been seven weeks since we first went to view our new house. In that time we have remortgaged two houses, found tenants for this house and are ready to exchange on the new house. The vendors asked for us to be ready for the end of March - and we were! Sadly they weren't! We should have exchanged on Tuesday - but it wont happen now till next Tuesday because of Easter. The vendors solicitor has gone on holiday and didn't hand the sale over to a colleague.This means that they are going to have to pull their finger out next week so we can exchange and complete before Friday  10th April. Fingers crossed!
