Doors
Rob came to fit some new doors for us - six upstairs and two downstairs. The upstairs ones are white panel doors from Wickes which Sam got on an offer - for all the fittings for nine doors, £78 and £82 for six doors. The two glass hardwood doors we bought from Gumtree for £50, still in their wrapping- they are round £120 each in Wickes. They all need finishing but already make the house look so much nicer! The cloakroom door we were given for free on Freegle - still in its wrapper!
The upstairs doors are being painted with white satinwood. The downstairs with a satin finish varnish.
