Champneys Break
Charlotte and I had a lovely long weekend at Champneys in Henlow Grange. We had a massage, thalassotherapy, hair cuts and our nail done. We have swum, sat in the spa pool, enjoyed the sauna and laconium. The food was delicious, the gardens beautiful and the service for the whole weekend was fantastic. I would recommend a stay to everyone - we are so relaxed now and ready to enjoy the bank holiday Monday!

looks very luxurious....what is a laconium? and tell more about the thallly thingy
A laconium is a dry heat treatment room or sauna which lets the body heat up slowly and gently. The room is cooler than a traditional Finnish sauna and provides a more relaxing, less intense experience.
Thalassotherapy is high pressure jets of sea water that target specific parts of the body. Meant to have good minerals that your body absorbs. Good for circulation and toning the skin.
you both look lovely, those haircuts are very flattering...and charlotte looks quite at home in such grand settings....xx
