Phase 1- remove turf! I chose the hottest day of the year to do this, but persevered and three blisters and about four pints of water later it was done!

Phase 2- dig over the new bed. This will be my project for Friday as I finish work at lunch time - watch this space for progress!!

looks good jackie....we also did some turf removing in our front garden and it is hard work so well done xx looking forward to seeing phase 2
