Monthly Update - Two Years, One Month

Marcus has had a busy month - including a holiday to Lanzarote. He was good on the plane even though it was four hours, which is a long time when you are two!  The tablet was a blessing - Marcus can tap and swipe confidently and is beginning to drag with some help. He played games and watched Bing to keep occupied during the journey. The Duplo games are his favourite at the moment - especially Trains!

Trains and building!

Marcus can climb down and up a couple of steps without holding on and is starting to put just one foot to a step going up.

Marcus can now jump, getting both feet off the ground. He is very proud of this and likes to show everyone.
He has had an explosion of language again - lots of new words and he is also putting words together more.

Potty training continues - even on holiday as we packed a potty in the case! He is getting fairly reliable - even on the beach, where his bucket came in handy!

Trains, diggers and building continue to be favourites - drawing is also popular as are all outdoor activities. Marcus enjoys a longer story at bedtime now - especially Thomas The Tank, The Little Red Train and Toddle Waddle. He sleeps all night unless unwell and waits for Mr Sun on the Groclock before waking us up in the morning!
