Sad Times

My dear friend Claire passed away on the 10th August from breast cancer and pneumonia. She was brave and positive till the end, leaving instructions that no -one was to wear black at her funeral.
The funeral was on 22nd August and was well attended by family, friends and colleagues - standing room only, and everyone in bright colours. Stu brought her much loved dogs to the service too.
Stu is devastated by her passing and finding it hard to come to terms with, but he was very brave at the funeral.
I am glad that Claire visited Marcus back in March and had a chance to give him a cuddle. I will miss her very much.
