Mum is Poorly

Mum is still unwell - it has been over two weeks now and she is not any better. It started with a urine infection which the GP gave her antibiotics for but she ended up being hospitalised for a few days with a kidney infection. Marcus, Charlotte and I went to visit her and she seemed better. She had intravenous  antibiotics - two different sorts and was sent home with the same ones to take. These didnt work and she continued to have pain and high temperatures so the GP gave her different antibiotics. Her temperature has continued to be high so she rang her own GP who has sent of a urine sample today and told Mum to stop taking the antibiotics till the results come back. Marcus and I went to see her today - she looks very pale and tired and has lost weight because she isn't eating properly. Hopefully the urine sample will show what is wrong so it she can be treated with the right medication.
