Marcus is sixteen months old today - and definitely a toddler not our baby any more. He is independent and very strong willed. Screaming and foot stamping are featuring loudly at the moment!
Marcus still likes to climb and run around - the garden is his favourite place to be - especially now the playset has been constructed.
Marcus is keen to use his fork and spoon now and drinks competently from a cup, glass or sports top bottle. He has grown an eighth tooth this month so now has four at the top and four at the bottom.
In the last week or so Marcus has started saying more words - and tries to copy what you say to him. All gone and yes are still favourite words - as well as a soft ahh sound when he sees an animal or small baby! He loves to visit Pets At Home to see the small furries!
Marcus will imitate everything you do - from brushing your teeth to using a screwdriver - he loves to 'help'. He also likes to share - holding out food or toys for you. He is beginning to play imaginatively - pretending to talk on the phone or drink from a cup. Our little boy is growing up too fast!
